Healing with Sonya is a unique blend of modalities. This gentle non-invasive method of energy clearing and healing uses a combination of reiki, crystals, oils, and intuitive reading of your major chakra energy points, to bring about wholistic energy vitality so that you can enjoy the life you were born to live.
Initial Session
The initial session is scheduled for an hour and a half. The extra half hour is to give you enough time to discuss the paperwork, and discuss any questions you may have regarding the healing session.
I also use this time to give a more in-depth explanation as to what I do during the session and what to expect, to ensure you’re completely comfortable before commencing.

Regular Session
A Regular Session is for returning clients who have had an initial session, and understand what takes place during a healing session.
