The origin and meaning of Chakra
To understand the word chakra we have to look at its origin and meaning. The word is derived from the Sanskrit word meaning “wheel” and when translated into Hindi it means “Wheel of spinning energy”. So it is a spinning wheel or vortex of energy that connect your spiritual auric field to the physical body.
